2. What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. Is there a cost for return delivery?

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If authorized, you will be refunded using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.

Processing time is 2-5 days after the payment is settled.

8. Can I track my order?

Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the respective courier's website.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

It is important to inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. In the event that your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim form.
